I have been using netmeeting (from home) to keep tabs on a backup server at work for a long time. Once I tried Radmin, and set the refresh to 1000 per sec, I was able to get a faster response than netmeeting had _ever_ provided. I'd rather pay for such a great product than use a the free netmeeting - and I just did.

Really awesome speed working remotely (which I do daily). Radmin works at the same speed as if I were at my desk (at least I don't notice the difference). I can multi-task with several programs (ACT, Outlook, Word, Peachtree) on XP Pro at the same Very impressive and makes working remotely for my business extremely efficient and best of all - no frustration - now I enjoy working remotely.

Secure Remote Access with Radmin

Our favorite solution is Remote Administrator (Radmin) by Famatech. Radmin is lighning fast, easy to use, cheap, and secure. Recently, there has been a public discussion questioning the security of Radmin. Famatech was quick and frank in their answers. We appreciate a company's willingness to answer user concerns and to address any problems that crop up. We have not seen similar responsiveness from competitors such as Microsoft or Symantec (PC Anywhere). For these reasons, we prefer the security of Radmin. Complete review.

There are several remote control applications available today with this author’s top choice being Radmin V2.1 from Famatech, LLC. With Radmin you can control remote Windows servers & workstations within a window, or full screen (with multitudes of settings available), and conduct secure file transfers remotely. Radmin is one of the fastest and most secure applications of its genera.

This product has one of the strongest feature sets available at a reasonable price for any IT budget. I’ve personally used the software for over 2 years with unfailing results.

Radmin Remote Administrator is a remote control system, pure and simple.

It is simple, uncomplicated and fast. The client program provides access to the Windows GUI at the target server and offers the option of using a telnet session. The telnet option may seem unattractive, since many administrators will have disabled Windows telnet server, but it is possible to have a "telnet" session with the Radmin server running on the target machine even though the Windows telnet service is stopped. The session is encrypted in the same way as the graphical interface, so although an ordinary telnet client can attempt to connect to the Radmin service if it knows the port number, it will not establish a session.
